This is the 9th year of 'A Celebration of Life', a unique memorial for members of the public to remember and celebrate the lives of their loved-ones they have lost as the result of alcohol and other drugs.

We are looking for a volunteer photographer to take photos at the event of the contributors and performers appearing on stage at St James' Priory, the oldest building in Bristol.

The event will is open to people of all faiths and none and features performances by two local choirs (Gasworks Singers and Rising Voices Recovery Choir) as well as readings, poems and music by other contributors who have loss someone.

You will be asked to provide examples of your work upon application. You will be fully briefed before the event about it's schedule and desired shots.

It runs for 1 hour: 4pm - 5pm
